🎉 For 2026, Hardwick Emergency Rescue Squad Inc&#39;s is continuing its mission to make the towns we serve heart-safe, through education, emergency response accessibility, and integrated systems! 🎉 Tickets for this event allow attendees to leave with a certification in CPR skills for adults. Pediatric courses are available at other times so make sure you check out our additional course offerings. We will have an ambulance available for a free additional STOP THE BLEED training. We can currently take up to 6 people for each session during this event at the Walden Fire Department, 12 VT-215, West Danville. Come learn how to care for someone, maybe even someone you love, in an emergency. Note: This certification does not cover Basic Life Support or CPR for Health Care Providers. Attendees will receive a Heartsaver for K-12 Schools CPR/AED for Adult skills certification. This course will be taught by Lydia Gillespie, EMT, a public health sciences major at the University of Vermont. Lydia joined Hardwick Rescue in 2025 and is a crew chief with the rescue squad who will be studying to become an advanced EMT this year.
