Held in Release: A Grief + Sound Healing ExperienceGrief comes in many forms. The loss of someone we love, a relationship, changes in our health, life transitions, or the quiet grief of a life that looks different than we imagined. And while grief is something we all experience, we rarely give ourselves permission to simply sit with it. Held in Release is a gentle, intentional gathering created to offer space for grief in all its forms. A place to slow down, acknowledge what we're carrying, and explore what it might feel like to release, even if just a little. Presented by Light of Grief in collaboration with Soul Factory, this intimate 90-minute experience will be facilitated by Adam Magic, a sound healing practitioner who will guide us through an evening of sound, reflection, and connection. What to Expect✨ Restorative Sound Bath — Immerse yourself in the calming sounds of the handpan and singing bowls, creating space for rest, reflection, and emotional connection. 🤍 Guided Reflection & Release Ritual — Through writing or drawing, gently acknowledge what you've been carrying and explore what you may feel ready to release through a symbolic, fire-free ritual. 🦋 Connection & Community — An opportunity to share, listen, or simply be present alongside others who understand that grief isn't something we have to navigate alone. Sharing is always optional. 🌿 Closing Intention — We'll close by inviting in whatever you hope to carry forward, whether that's peace, hope, compassion, or simply a little more room to breathe.
