A season sponsorship covers a major portion of our rehearsal and performance expenses, music rentals, insurance, concert support and preparation, and community outreach costs.  Benefits include:

·   Full page advertisement in all concert programs (6)

·   Listing in all other concert programs as season sponsor

·   Logo on our Hendricks Symphony website, tickets, newsletters, advertisements, Facebook, and other social media      

·   Curtain acknowledgment at each concert

·   20 complimentary season tickets (120 individual tickets for the season = 20 for each of our 6 concerts)

·   Artists and Conductor’s Meet and Greet (to be arranged)

A concert sponsorship provides funding to cover a portion of the expenses in producing a single concert, such as staffing, concert hall rental, music purchases, etc.  Benefits include:

·   Logo and full-page ad on sponsored concert program inside front cover with “Concert Sponsored By...”

·   Half page advertisement in all other concert programs (5)

·   Listing in all other concert programs as a concert sponsor

·   20 individual tickets to the sponsored concert

·   Artists and Conductor’s Meet and Greet (to be arranged)

You may also choose to sponsor our Concertmaster position.  This is a paid position by Hendricks Symphony.  Your donation helps us to defray this cost.  And you’re giving our Concertmaster the privilege of meeting you, too!  Benefits include:

·   Quarter page advertisement in all concert programs (6)

·   Your sponsorship will be prominently noted in all our concert programs (6) under the Concertmaster’s name.

·   8 individual tickets to a single concert

We also offer the opportunity to sponsor one of the several principal player positions in the Orchestra: violin, viola, cello, bass, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, trumpet, trombone, French horn, tuba, percussion.  Benefits include:

·   Eighth page advertisement in all concert programs (6)

·   Prominent listing in concert programs as a principal musician sponsor under the sponsored musician’s name

·   4 individual tickets to a single concert

Finally, you may choose to sponsor any of the many other talented musicians who fill out the ranks of the Orchestra and Chorus! Benefits include:
