Join us in the food forest for a morning of learning, movement, and connection with the living world. Herbalist and acupuncturist Wajida Syed will guide us through herbs that support energy and balance during the summer months, alongside gentle qigong and simple practices that help calm anxiety, open the heart and chest, and cultivate a sense of presence and ease. We&rsquo;ll spend time together in the food forest &mdash; noticing, learning, and experiencing how these practices connect us more deeply to our bodies and to the living world around us. All are welcome. No prior experience is needed.
