We want HESC to be a community for all spouses, regardless of financial situation. If annual dues are a barrier to HESC membership, you may request a dues waiver from our "Pay it Forward" fund. We will reach out to you if extra funds are available from member contributions to cover your membership! Preference will be given to E4 and below active duty spouses.
Associate Member (Surviving Spouse)

For Gold Star spouses who have lost their active duty enlisted service member. Membership is provided at no cost in honor of their sacrifice. If you are unsure if you qualify, please reach out to [email protected].
Bylaws: Article I Section 2C: Surviving spouses shall not pay membership dues.
