The Highland School PTO is committed to building a community where our students, families, and teachers feel supported, connected, and valued. Throughout the year, the PTO provides and funds a variety of activities and programs for our school community. We fully cover STEM Night for the entire family, the end-of-year field trip to Camp Sloper for every student, teacher appreciation treats, and so much more. We also organize special events such as our Back-to-School Family Fun Day, after-school clubs, the book fair, and other opportunities for our families to connect. Did you know that Highland teachers can submit a mini-grant proposal to Mr. Jeffrey for classroom updates and enhancements—and the PTO covers the approved costs? We also award a small scholarship each year to a graduating senior who attended Highland. Most importantly, we work to keep the Highland community informed, connected, and supported. PTO membership does not require hours of your time or a commitment to volunteer. Your membership simply provides financial support for our mission and helps us continue offering these opportunities to our students, families, and teachers. If you would like to become more involved, we would also be grateful for your participation in PTO meetings and volunteer opportunities. Every level of support makes a difference! Join the Highland PTO and help us continue making Highland a great place to learn, grow, and belong.
