Haw Ridge has a lot of different habitats and several rare plants like Tall Larkspur and Spreading Yellow&nbsp;False Foxglove. We&rsquo;ll explore the plants in some cedar barrens, lakeshore wetlands, and limestone forests. Most of the trail is easy to moderate. We&rsquo;ll try to avoid the more difficult sections of trail or at least go slowly. In all we will go no more than 3-4 miles. It is a loop.

Wear boots or sturdy shoes, bring Insect/tick repellent, plenty of water, and snacks/lunch. Meeting and parking info:We&rsquo;ll meet by the kiosk in the parking lot at 10:00 AM. Facilities are limited to some porta-potties at the trailhead. Located off of Edgemoor Road in Oak Ridge between Solway Park and Old Edgemoor Road.
