Interested in joining Hard Knox Roller Derby? Our&nbsp;Skater Readiness Program** is designed to help skaters build the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to safely participate in roller derby and gives the opportunity to become league members. This 8-week training program focuses on fundamental skating skills, derby basics, and league culture in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. No prior roller derby experience is required, though roller skating basics are required.&nbsp; Practices are Sundays from 11am-2pm and Wednesdays from 6pm-9pm September 27th through November 22nd.&nbsp;
