Please fill out this form to RSVP for the ICUL - QC Chapter Hockey Game! This is nacho average hockey night - with attendees from several local credit unions and a complementary nacho bar, it's the perfect event to mix and mingle with like-minded professionals. Tickets are limited, so please RSVP early.  Tickets will be available for pick up at Vibrant Arena Will Call window: 1201 River Dr., Moline, IL 61265  Parking is not included and will need to be paid for in case anyone wants to carpool. Doors open at 5:15 p.m. We will have a brief meeting at 6 p.m. before the game at 6:15 p.m.  Reminder: Bags will no longer be permitted in the arena with the exception of a small 5 x 7 clutch purse or a small diaper bag if entering with an infant.
