Join us for an online Hold Me Tight&reg; Couples Retreat, a weekend designed to help you and your partner slow down, understand the patterns that shape your relationship, deepen emotional connection, and strengthen your bond. Whether you are already familiar with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) or experiencing Hold Me Tight&reg; for the first time, this retreat offers guided conversations and meaningful experiences to help you turn toward one another in new ways. No previous experience with EFT is required. Couples from all backgrounds are welcome. The retreat is open to participants worldwide and across all time zones. All live sessions will follow U.S. Eastern Time (ET).Proceeds from the retreat will support the continued growth of EFT communities and training initiatives in Africa. HMT may not be appropriate for couples currently experiencing:&middot; An active or ongoing affair&middot; Active, untreated substance use or addiction&middot; Intimate partner violence, abuse, coercion, or fear for your safety&middot; A level of relationship distress or crisis requiring more intensive clinical support Experiencing any of the above does not mean that support is unavailable to you. It simply means that this workshop may not be appropriate unless you are also receiving individualized care or therapeutic support for your relationship needs at this time.
