Silent Auction Item: Baseline Security Assessment
Value: $2,500 | Valid for 12 Months
Most small businesses and nonprofits don't get hacked because they're careless. They get hacked because no one ever sat down with them and explained what to watch for. That's what we do.
The SECRT Baseline is a plain-English cybersecurity check-up. We look at how your organization handles the everyday things, like accounts and passwords, email, devices and backups. Then we show you where you stand, what to fix first, and how to keep yourselves safe from here on out. No jargon, no scare tactics, and no selling you things you don't need.
Why now? On January 1, 2027, Colorado's new AI law takes effect, giving people new rights when automated tools help make big decisions about them, like hiring. Many small organizations already use tools like these without realizing it. Knowing what your technology is doing starts with a baseline.
Who we are: SECRT is a Colorado cybersecurity practice founded by Erin Bennett and Robin Murphy, with help from our three four-legged executives. We built it for the ones big tech forgot: small businesses, nonprofits, medical offices and legal professionals. We give back 3% of every engagement to a Colorado nonprofit our client chooses, because we believe trust should be earned and shared.
Trust us. Or don't. That's actually the point.
