As a member of the House of Pacific Relations (HPR), the House of Peru joins with 41 other countries in providing San Diego with a glimpse into world culture and history.The organization is sustained by the participation of awesome members and volunteers like you. They are our vehicle and core of the organization for raising funds to provide for the House of Peru&rsquo;s daily expenses and continue working on different social responsibility projects to help and serve our community in need. Your support and participation in the different activities are strongly encouraged.We invite you to participate as a volunteer in the different enjoyable events at Balboa Park such us the Law Program, December nights &amp; Ethnic food fair.&nbsp;In the Casita-Museum (cottage) you will have the opportunity to give our visitors the opportunity to share &nbsp;our traditions, different regions &amp; customs, the diversity of our dishes and the beautiful places from our &nbsp;lovely country by hosting it.We also encourage you to participate in our monthly volunteer appreciation day to learn more about the House of Peru and day thank you for your volunteer work.&nbsp;With the active membership you become eligible to be elected as a Director associated or become a Board Director. &nbsp;You will have the opportunity to participate in our different events like classes for Peruvian dances, learn to play the Cajon instrument, Beach clean up supporting our community &nbsp;in San Diego, and other programs and activities.&nbsp;Once again, we welcome you as a member of the House of Peru and thank you for your support!
