Wanna let your darkness out to play? Maybe learn the skills to be a haunt actor? Or maybe you just wanna spook the neighborhood better this Halloween?&nbsp; Come Join Loony the Clown as they teach you How to be (a) Scary (Clown)!&nbsp; In this workshop you will learn about scary presence, how to &ldquo;clown scary&rdquo;, &nbsp;playing with timing, tapping into your animal nature, and how to spot a scaredy cat. We will work from everything between jump scares to the use of (prop) weapons. This workshop is sure to be a fright!&nbsp; Make up not required but encouraged (Some will be provide for those in need)&nbsp; Disclaimer:&nbsp;We will be practicing with each other so please be prepared to be scared by your classmates. ABOUT THE ARTIST&nbsp; April Garro is a Trans artist, clown, improviser, haunt actor, teacher, and actor. California grown, they&rsquo;ve been studying performance arts for over a decade. Through performances and teachings, April utilizes physicality to focus on connection and exploration. For the past 12 years they have worked as a haunt actor at the haunted theme park, Pirates of Emerson. Combining their love of clowning and the thrill of haunting, Loony the clown was created in 2019. In 2025, They debuted their one clown show, Fun with Loony, at the Church of Clown.&nbsp; How to Be (A) Scary (Clown)&nbsp;Taught by April Garro (Loony)&nbsp;Saturday, October 243pm-6pm
