Vanessa Elias is a human connection and mental health activist, certified parent coach, and community advisor. She helps people build relationships, connection, and community within the home, and outside the home. Vanessa serves as a parent support group facilitator for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and a speaker for The Aspen Institute’s Weave Social Fabric Project. Vanessa helps people take actionable steps to achieve a life worth living – full of meaningful connection, support, well-being, and play.
Kim Zemo has 28 years dedicated to the students and families of Wilton Public Schools, and is a highly experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her extensive career includes 19 years as a School Social Worker at Wilton High School, 8 years as the District Safe School Climate Coordinator, and is currently serving as the Director of Climate, Community, Belonging and Wellness where she continues to prioritize student wellness and fostering a positive school environment for all students.
