Setup & Arrival
• Setup begins on Saturday at 6:00 a.m.
• All vendors must be fully set up and ready to go by 10:00 a.m.
• The festival will open at 11:00 a.m. following the parade
• Vendors may drive up to their space to unload. Once unloaded, vehicles must be moved and parked before completing setup.
Street Access & Parking
• Vehicles are not allowed on 5th Street and must be parked and cleared by 10:00 a.m. Saturday due to the parade route.
Check-In & Support
• The Vendor Coordinator will be on-site to assist with check-in, directions, and any questions or concerns.
• If you require electricity upon arrival, please contact the Vendor Coordinator immediately.
Food Vendor Requirements
• All food vendors must file required permits with Marion County
• Be prepared for health inspection by 10:30 a.m.
Required for Food Booths:
▪ 3-compartment wash station (buckets)
▪ Free-flowing handwashing station
▪ Approved thermometers
Tear Down & End of Day
• Vendors may begin teardown after 4:00 p.m. or remain set up until 10:00 p.m.
• Vendors are NOT allowed to bring vehicles onto closed streets before 10:00 p.m. due to pedestrian traffic
▪ Non-compliance may result in towing and law enforcement involvement
▪ The safety of everyone is our top priority
• Streets will reopen at 10:00 p.m. for vehicle access
▪ Please be patient as vendors exit
• A dumpster will be available on-site
• Any items left behind will be stored for 5 days
▪ Unclaimed items will be donated or discarded
