Payment Terms
Down Payment: $1,500 due prior to installation
Remaining Balance: financed at 0% interest
Monthly Payment: $275/month for 12 months
First monthly payment due: June 2026
Payments due on the same date each month
Warranty
1-year parts and labor warranty from installation date
Warranty covers manufacturer defects and installation-related issues only
Warranty excludes:
Lack of maintenance
Dirty filters
Electrical/power surge damage
Customer-caused damage
Existing furnace/blower issues
Additional Terms
Customer responsible for maintaining utility service during installation
Any additional ductwork, electrical upgrades, drain modifications, or unforeseen repairs not included unless stated otherwise
Late payments may result in suspension of warranty coverage until account becomes current
Early payoff allowed with no penalty, call our office @ 478-314-8900 to payoff early
