There is no greater luxury than slipping into a hand knit pair of socks. Why hand knit socks, you ask? Well, if you hate a toe seam - there isn't one. If you can't stand a floppy toe - it's knit exactly to the length of your foot. Wool wicks moisture and keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. This is a listing for a custom made hand knit pair of wool socks - just for you (or for someone else as a gift). We will work together to choose hand-dyed yarn in colors you love and I will knit them to fit your feet! (It will take me about a month to knit your socks once we've collaborated on size and color - I will either deliver them to you at your library or mail them to you.) ** please note - if you have a wool allergy, this is probably not the donation for you.
