At its core, INCISE 2025 demonstrates that surgery without borders is not defined only by movement between countries. It is built through knowledge sharing, sustainable partnerships, local capacity strengthening, solidarity, and a collective commitment to ensuring that no patient is excluded from essential surgical care.
