Parents and caregivers, this one’s for you!

After the Holiday Market, we’re making a little time for the grown-ups. Join us for a festive evening of holiday drinks, light bites, and good company while children enjoy supervised activities in the space next door.

The caregiver gathering begins at 4:30 PM, immediately following the Holiday Market. Children can transition directly into the respite program and activities, while caregivers enjoy a relaxed space to connect with one another, enjoy canapés, and choose from both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Tickets are $10 per adult. One ticket is required for each adult attending. The ticket covers all drinks, food, and respite care.

Vendor fee includes:
• One 6-foot vendor space
• Table linen provided
• Two chairs
• Access to power, if needed

Vendors are encourage to bring their own 6-foot table. A limited number of tables may be available to borrow upon request.

Your support helps make sure every child and family can fully participate in the celebration. The sponsor will receive prominent signage in the sensory room area and in event promotion.

Warm up the holidays by sponsoring our festive hot chocolate bar for families. The sponsor will receive recognition at the cocoa station and in event materials and promotion. This sponsor will receive prominent promotion on social media, signage, and have a designated and branded space during the event. Includes 2 tickets to the Jingle & Mingle Cocktail Hour.
