Kara Bemis Yoga and Sukanya Burman Dance invite expecting parents interested in prenatal yoga to join us for a free informational session at the studio. You will meet the instructor, see the studio, learn about prenatal yoga, meet other expecting parents in the community, and practice some yoga and meditation to get a feel for the upcoming prenatal yoga sessions coming to the studio fall 2026. Prenatal yoga can be a wonderful tool throughout your pregnancy and in preparation for magical day when you meet your new baby.
