This class will provide an introduction to basic ballet exercises at the barre and in the center. Come enjoy the challenges of balancing, jumping, and coordinating movements to music. Recommended attire: socks or ballet slippers, comfortable clothing that allows movement (leotard and tights, or shorts or yoga pants and a T-shirt). Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

There is a changing room in the back of the studio. &nbsp;Bathrooms are on the main floor at the end of the hallway. You can find street or garage parking, which is free after 5pm.&nbsp;Please avoid our side and back lots, as they are reserved for tenants, staff, and instructors. Thanks!
