In this class, you will learn about deaf culture, amous deaf people, but most of all, learn some basic signing. Oh, and be prepared to laugh at a few deaf jokes as well. From the ABC's, colors, numbers, animals, foods, families, and more, you will learn some basic signing skills. This class will be an intro to deeper learning in the coming months, if you are interested. Your instructors walk the walk. Barb Duchini, has been a teacher of the deaf for 44 years, plus her co-teacher, Frank, is not only a para-educator and her Husband, he is deaf. Sign language is their primary means of communication.
