Donors using Zeffy can opt out of paying the extra fee, which is a voluntary contribution or "tip" asked to help support the platform. This tip is optional, and you are not obligated to pay it. 

1. On the payment confirmation page, locate the section that shows your payment total.
2. Find the line item for the "voluntary contribution" or "tip."
3. Click on the amount or the "Edit" button next to it.
4. Change the amount to $0 or select the option to remove the tip
