IPOC Fees & Facility Rentals

Key Access Fee

$10

This $10 fee applies to each facility key issued to an approved individual and helps support annual lock replacement and facility security.

All keys remain the property of IPOC. Keys may not be copied, loaned, shared or transferred to another person. A key may be used only for approved IPOC activities, dates and times. Payment of the fee does not guarantee approval or provide unrestricted access to the facility.

0 Background Check Fee

$25

This $25 fee covers the cost of a required background check for the named coach, volunteer or other covered individual.

Payment must be submitted for the person who will be screened. Payment alone does not guarantee approval, and no covered individual may receive court or participant access until the background check has been completed and cleared by IPOC.

0 Gym Rental Without Air Conditioning — $25/hr

Rental includes use of the IPOC gym without air conditioning for approved activities.

The rental rate is $25 per hour. Setup and cleanup time must be included in the reserved rental period. All rentals must be scheduled and approved by IPOC before payment is made. Payment alone does not reserve or approve the facility.

0 4-Hour Gym Rental Without Air Conditioning

This rental includes up to four consecutive hours of approved gym use without air conditioning.

The rental period must include all setup, activity and cleanup time. All rentals must be scheduled and approved by IPOC before payment is made. Payment alone does not reserve or approve the facility.

0 All Day Gym Rental Without Air Conditioning—up to 8 hours

This rental includes up to eight consecutive hours of approved gym use without air conditioning.

The rental period must include all setup, activity and cleanup time. Additional time requires prior approval and may require an additional rental payment. All rentals must be scheduled and approved by IPOC before payment is made. Payment alone does not reserve or approve the facility.

Reserve one recurring 90-minute practice each week at the IPOC Gym.

Recurring Rate Agreement:

The $75/hour rate is available with a commitment to one scheduled practice per week. The reserved weekly practice time is billed regardless of attendance or voluntary cancellation. Choosing not to use a reserved practice does not reduce the amount due for that billing period.

If a group needs to change or discontinue its recurring practice schedule, future bookings may be adjusted based on current rates and gym availability.

This rental does not include the conference room, concessions area, or other facility spaces unless separately reserved.

Rental includes use of the air-conditioned conference room only. It does not include access to the gym, court, concessions area or other restricted parts of the facility.

The rental rate is $25 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Setup and cleanup time must be included in the reserved rental period.

All rentals must be scheduled and approved by IPOC before payment is made. Payment alone does not reserve or approve the room.

Conference room rental is available for meetings, planning sessions, trainings and other approved small group uses.

0 Facility Rental Deposit

$100

A separate $100 refundable deposit is required for approved facility rentals. The deposit does not replace or reduce the required rental payment.

The deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after the facility is inspected and the renter’s account has been reviewed. Deductions may be made for property damage, excessive cleaning, missing or damaged equipment, use beyond the approved rental time, unauthorized access to restricted areas, failure to remove decorations, trash or personal belongings, unpaid rental charges, overdue balances, or other costs resulting from a violation of the facility-use agreement.

If the facility is left in acceptable condition and no balance is owed to IPOC, the full $100 deposit will be refunded.

A separate $100 refundable deposit is required for approved facility rentals. The deposit does not replace or reduce the required rental payment.
