Bobbin lace is basically off-loom weaving that is made on a lace pillow, using bobbins wound with thread and pins to hold the stitches in place. This enables weft threads to become warp threads and vice versa. Bobbin lace is made with two movements, using only four bobbins at a time. &nbsp; No prior experience is necessary!&nbsp;In this 2-hour workshop, you&rsquo;ll learn the foundational stitches of bobbin lace and the crucial tools and techniques to get you going on your lacemaking journey.&nbsp;<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Using a free pattern from English lacemaker, Alexandra Stillwell, you&rsquo;ll make one or more small bobbin lace fish.
