Waist - For men's sizes, choose the size that corresponds with your regular waist measurements. While standing straight, measure around your body just above the hipbone. If you are between two sizes, we suggest selecting the larger size. 

Inseam - This is measured from the crotch to the bottom of the inside of the silkies. Our Men’s Silkies have a 3” inseam length on size S/M and 3.25” inseam on XL/XXL.

Length - This is measured from the waist to the bottom end of the Silkies on the outside of your legs.

Waist - For women's sizes, this is the soft area directly above your hipbone, but below your rib cage. Start measuring from near your belly button, bringing it the whole way around your body.

Thigh - This is the total length of the thigh at its widest point. Remember that as you're moving or crouching the silkies will tighten.
