A 60-minute in-person horse experience with Alex at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center in Burbank, California. Spending time around horses can be a very grounding, spiritual experience. Alex will schedule a one-hour session to let you spend time up close and personal with a gentle horse. The hour may include grooming the horse, including caring for their mane, tail, hooves and coat, a walk around the park, and guided breathing exercises. Spanish Language Coach/Tutor: Novae is a Native Spanish speaker and has served as a bilingual educator for over 7 years. They offer Spanish language lessons (beginner and intermediate levels) that are neurodivergent affirming, flexible, and are shaped by the clients goals/interests. 

Novae has been practicing yoga since 2012 & was trained in various Yoga programs over the last 5 years, specifically Accessible Yoga School,  Embody Yoga’s Roots YTT 300, and did their YTT 200 at Bhava Studio in Albuquerque NM. They offer personalized, safe and co-creative movement sessions that blend in breathing, loving kindness and somatics.

Note from Song (they/them): I will mail you some pawpaw seeds (they're starting to germinate now!) from a few different cold-climate sources, as well as a little jar of pawpaw jam, some pawpawganda (one page sheets on how to start your seeds, growing pawpaw trees, etc) and a 1-hour phone consult about pawpaws or a range of topics related to foraging, gardening, or food preservation. 

Pawpaws are a delicious fruit native to the US Appalachia and Midwest and grow on trees, and can be harvested only for a few weeks each fall. This package will work best for someone in a 4-season US climate, i.e. USDA hardiness zones 5-8, and I don't think I can mail plant matter to other countries unfortunately.

Join me for one hour and I can show you how to tune it and then learn to play “You are My Sunshine” and “Amazing Grace” with one finger! We can also learn the full chords shapes for these songs and talk about strumming too. Also happy to spend some time figuring out a song you love if you’d like to bring it to the lesson. I play very simple guitar for work and I’m certainly not a master, but I’ve been strumming for a few years now and happy to help you get started. 

Bekah will write a simple personalized song about you or anyone else and bring it to NAC3.
