Special Founding Offer

To encourage broad participation in JDTAN, all new members who join on or before December 31, 2026, may register as Regular Members at no cost.

Beginning January 1, 2027, the annual Regular Membership fee will be $25.

This complimentary membership is available only to individuals who actively volunteered with JDTAN between January 1, 2026, and July 31, 2026.

Eligible volunteers will receive complimentary membership in recognition of their early service to JDTAN.

If a Founding Volunteer Member has not actively contributed to JDTAN for 12 consecutive months, they will no longer be eligible for complimentary Founding Volunteer Membership and should register under the Regular Membership category.

JDTAN reserves the right to verify volunteer eligibility before approving Founding Volunteer Membership

Foundational Founding Members are the individuals who played a direct and substantive role in the conception, establishment, and early development of JDTAN. They represent the organization’s original foundation—the people whose leadership, ideas, service, relationships, and commitment helped transform the vision for JDTAN into an organized and functioning network.

This designation recognizes historical contribution rather than current position or authority. A Foundational Founding Member retains that recognition regardless of whether they continue to hold an active leadership or operational role within JDTAN

Institutional Founding Members are organizations, institutions, or formally established entities that join JDTAN during its founding phase and help build its long-term institutional base.

They may include universities and colleges, professional associations, community organizations, nonprofits, businesses, foundations, educational institutions, and other partner organizations that share JDTAN’s mission and support its development.

Institutional Founding Members represent an organization’s commitment to the network. Their participation recognizes them as part of the group of institutions that helped establish, strengthen, and shape JDTAN during its formative period.

The designation “Institutional Founding Member” is permanent recognition of the organization’s role at the time JDTAN was being established; it does not imply ownership or permanent governance authority.

Active Organization Members are organizations, institutions, associations, businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions, and other established entities that maintain an ongoing and engaged relationship with JDTAN.

They demonstrate active membership through participation, collaboration, partnership activities, program support, resource sharing, professional engagement, or contributions to JDTAN initiatives and events.

Unlike Founding or Institutional Founding Members, this designation reflects the organization’s current and continuing involvement with JDTAN rather than its historical role in establishing the network.
