Our volunteers, from pups to people, are the fuel that power our mission. Thanks to people like you we are able to heal and empower the community, provides moments of peace and respite, and smiles to people that need it most.

Our therapy dog teams schedule their visits around what works for them! There are no minimum visits; just keep Story Paws and the facility in the loop. Both non-dog volunteers and therapy dog teams have access to our events on Zeffy and are able to schedule themselves at times that work for them.

We celebrate you! We love to feature our volunteers and pups on our website, social media, and in our newsletters. Of course, you can always opt out, but we are grateful for you and would love to tell the world! From our annual volunteer recognition dinner to awards and certificates, we recognize your time, energy, and accomplishments.
