Two public hearings in September are the last chance for residents to speak directly to all 13 commissioners before that happens. We need people in the room. Our ask: restore $12.4 million for early morning bus service.&nbsp;The proposed budget cuts the first buses of the day &mdash; the ones that get 3,500 riders to work before sunrise. Nurses, hospitality workers, construction crews, airport staff. People whose shifts start before most schedules do. Restoring $12.4 million keeps those buses running.
