Competition Setup &amp; Logistics<ul><li>Teams may arrive the night before at the Stephenson County Fairgrounds on June 20th from 4 PM - 9 PM to set up equipment.</li><li>Teams may begin cooking/prepping food at 5 AM on June 21st (the day of the event).</li><li>All Teams must be present and cooking by 7AM on June 21st.</li><li>A mandatory team meeting will be held before the competition begins at 10:00am. All team members must attend.</li><li>Each team will be assigned a 10x12 cook space (excluding personal vehicles).</li><li>If you operate a food business or truck also, you may apply to be a food vendor (separate application &amp; fee required, please send us a email if you would like to be a food vendor).
