A parent or legal guardian must accompany participating children under the age of 16 at all times.&nbsp; Commercial-type items are not allowed for sale. Items must be hand-crafted, homemade, or kid-related. Fresh, unprocessed, home-grown fruit or vegetables will now be allowed this year. They can be sold as long as they have not been cut.
