We will hike from the Visitor's Center to the KM summit and back for 3.5 miles and 950' elevation gain/loss! 900 Kennesaw Mountain Dr, Marietta, GA 30060, USA Let's do some uphill!  Parking is limited right at the visitor center, so it’s better to park just down the street in the overflow lot and walk back up the Old HWY 41 to the visitor center. We will meet in front of the VC and plan to start walking at 9AM. We will go up the main trail to Kennesaw Mountain and back! Level: Moderate (3.5 miles/^elev. 950') Cost: $5 to park or pass Bring: water and snacks Signup Restrictions: dogs can come but must be on leash and able to walk up the mountain with the group, this hike is not recommended for small dogs Additional Directions: We will park in the main lot or the overflow lot but will meet at the canon in front of the main visitor center's door Carpool: none Note: Carpool transportation is at the sole risk of the participants.
