Key Leader is a weekend leadership program for eighth grade and high school students. These events are organized and led by teams of Kiwanis volunteers dedicated to the development of youth and service leadership.&nbsp; For nearly two decades, Kiwanis Key Leader has been empowering thousands of students annually to become more caring and confident leaders. The Key Leader program focuses on five principles:&nbsp;leadership, growth mindset, global citizenship, meaningful connection, and effective communication.&nbsp; Through team-building activities, group discussions, and personal reflection, students gain self-confidence, make new friends, and learn the joy and power of community involvement. We hope to see you November 6th-8th, 2026 for Key Leader 2026 at Kamp Kiwanis!
