This form is specifically for organizations/businesses to secure the "Dunk Tank"  vendor booth located in the Kid Zone area at the 2025 Music in the Pines Summer Concert Series.  We are looking to set up specific vendor booths in our kid zone area and we thought what better way than to allow people in the community to set up and run these booths all while raising funds for their organizations/businesses without having to pay a vendor fee. This is a first come first serve opportunity to give everyone a fair chance at securing these booths. If you are unable to snag a booth before they are gone we do apologize, but if everything goes well we hope to be able to do this again in the future.  Here is what we are looking for.<ul><li style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:0px;line-height:1.5;box-sizing:inherit;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);width:100%">Face Painting - No full-face designs. An assortment of smaller designs would be appropriate. We have noticed in the past that full-face paintings take a long time to do and in return, people have to wait in line a long time and then they don't have enough time to enjoy the rest of the event and you the vendor won't have enough time to get through all of the kiddos that would like their face painted. </li><li style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:0px;line-height:1.5;box-sizing:inherit;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);width:100%">Duck Pond - Plastic kid pool filled with water and little ducks. Offer a small arcade-style selection of toys for a prize or a candy bucket based on whatever the bottom of the duck says. You choose the prize to be given away. The better the prize the better the opportunity to raise more funds.</li><li style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:0px;line-height:1.5;box-sizing:inherit;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);width:100%">Bubble Station - Plastic kid pool filled with bubbles and giant bubble wands. Make it as fun as you want! There are so many cool ways to make a bubble. You know how this works!</li></ul>Since the foundation will be offering these booth spaces at no charge we have a few requirements. Please do not make/sell/or giveaway any food/beverage items that are not pre-packaged and store-bought. We also ask that you keep your prices in the $1-$10 range. You may also set out an additional donation bucket at your booth if you would like. We want to keep the kid zone affordable and want everyone to have a chance to raise funds for their organizations/businesses. We also ask that you do not set up any canopy tents larger than 10x10. These are your booths to run so you will be required to provide the items necessary to establish the specific booth you agreed to and provide your volunteers to run your booth.
