Tickets cannot be re-sold or duplicated. &nbsp;Holder shall not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event to which this ticket is issued. &nbsp;Holder expressly grants the promoter and its licensees to use holder&#39;s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event.&nbsp; No re-admittance. &nbsp;Access to venue by any person other than the original purchaser of this ticket may be denied. &nbsp;Management may revoke the license and eject or refuse entry to the holder for violation of facilities rules, illegal activity or misconduct. PERFORMERS/ACTS/SUBJECT TO CHANGE: Performers and Acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if any performer, act or any other scheduled performance, person or group is changed or canceled and the event still occurs.CANCELLED/POSTPONED EVENTS: Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the Lake Tahoe Dance Collective. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us. REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES: All purchases are non-refundable after the date given in the ticket purchase confirmation email and are not able to be exchanged. If a refund is issued, then we will most likely give you a refund by issuing a credit to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket, and the holder of the ticket will not be able to physically present it for a refund. The ticket company&rsquo;s customer service typically only offers refunds and/or exchanges based on the Lake Tahoe Dance Collective&rsquo;s instructions.
