Neptune Membership is open to males aged 21 and older By far, Neptune is the best value in Carnival! &nbsp;For your $600 membership dues you get the following: &bull; &nbsp;Your spot on a first class Neptune Float during the Biggest Street Party of Carnival&hellip; &nbsp;The Neptune Parade! &nbsp;The Neptune Parade rolls on the Saturday prior to Fat Tuesday beginning at 5:30 PM on the streets of downtown Biloxi. &nbsp;Your costume and mask will be provided as part of your membership. &nbsp;Throws and beads are not part of the membership and must be bought separately. &nbsp;Neptune does offer discounted bead prices from our vendors that are loaded directly onto the floats. &bull; &nbsp;When granted full membership, you receive tickets for you and a date to the famous Neptune Ball. &nbsp;The Neptune Ball is widely regarded as the best carnival ball outside of New Orleans. &nbsp;Neptune makes sure we put on a night to remember! &bull; &nbsp;Did you think the Ball was all we did on that weekend? &nbsp;Not a chance! &nbsp;You will also receive tickets for you and a date to the Members only Officer&rsquo;s Cocktail Party that Friday night. &nbsp;This is the only way to start off a week of Neptune Revelry! &bull; As a member, you will be part of a Line in Neptune. &nbsp;Each line is somewhat like a &ldquo;Krewe within a Krewe&rdquo; and organized by a Lieutenant. &nbsp;Each line hosts its own socials and meetings throughout the year which you will be invited to. &bull; &nbsp;In years past, Neptune has also hosted many other events that are announced throughout the year. &nbsp;They include: a membership Crawfish Boil (Spring Party), The Fall Party, the College Football National Championship Party, the Super Bowl Party and many, many others.
