KTG RIDE FOR AUTISM

LIABILITY WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & PHOTO RELEASE

Event Date: September 26, 2026

By registering for and/or paying the participation fee for the KTG Ride for Autism, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY RELEASE

I understand that participating in a motorcycle ride/poker run involves inherent risks, including but not limited to motorcycle accidents, collisions, falls, road and weather conditions, traffic, vehicle or equipment failure, personal injury, disability, property damage, and death.

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in this event and assume full responsibility for the risks associated with my participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law, I release and hold harmless KTG Foundation, its officers, directors, members, volunteers, sponsors, event organizers, affiliates, agents, and representatives from claims, demands, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in the KTG Ride for Autism, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.

I understand that I am responsible for determining whether I am physically and mentally capable of participating and that I am responsible for operating any motorcycle or vehicle in a safe and lawful manner. I agree to comply with all applicable traffic laws and safety requirements.

I understand that KTG Foundation does not provide medical, motorcycle, or personal insurance coverage for participants. I am responsible for my own medical expenses, personal property, motorcycle, and other belongings.

This release does not waive any rights or claims that cannot legally be waived under Tennessee law, including claims arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which a release is prohibited by law.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I grant KTG Foundation and its authorized representatives permission to photograph, videotape, or otherwise record me during the KTG Ride for Autism.

I authorize KTG Foundation to use my image, likeness, voice, and/or statements in photographs, videos, social media posts, websites, newsletters, promotional materials, fundraising materials, and other communications related to KTG Foundation and its programs.

I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of photographs, video, or other recordings of me. I release KTG Foundation from claims related to the authorized use of these photographs, videos, or recordings.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing registration and/or paying the participation fee through Zeffy, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily accept this Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Photo Release. I understand that my payment and registration constitute my electronic acknowledgment and agreement to these terms.

I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights by accepting this agreement and that I am voluntarily participating in the KTG Ride for Autism.

If registering a passenger, the passenger must also read and accept this waiver before participating in the ride.

For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and agree to the applicable terms before the minor may participate.

By proceeding with registration and payment, I confirm my acceptance of this agreement.
