Zeffy will, however, add on a % fee that goes towards their costs of running the platform, which you can choose to opt out of when purchasing your ticket. By attending the 2025 Lafayette Juniors Lifestyle Tour (“Tour”) and use of the facilities provided on the Tour, each attendee (“Attendee”) acknowledges and agrees that there are inherent risks associated with the Tour including, without limitation, potential exposure to Covid-19. Attendee voluntarily elects to attend the Tour in spite of those risks and accepts and assumes all risks of attending the Tour. Further by attendance at the Tour, Attendee irrevocably and unconditionally releases, discharges, and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Lafayette Suburban Junior Women’s Club (“Lafayette Juniors”), each homeowner whose property is on the Tour and any of their respective agents, representatives, sponsors, members, partners, employees, volunteers, lessors, insurers, successors and assigns (“Releasees”) from any and all injury, loss, claims, demand, cause of action or damage in any way related to attendee's participation in the Tour or use of or presence upon any of the Tour facilities, whether caused by the fault of Attendee, any of the Releasees or any other third parties. Such releases include, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, personal injury, property damage, and any other losses or damages Attendee may suffer. Lafayette Juniors maintains the right to deny Attendee’s participation in the Tour for failure to follow posted rules, including, without limitation, Covid protocols, or any oral instructions or directions given by any Lafayette Juniors representative or if Lafayette Juniors deems that such Attendee’s participation would risk loss or damage to any party. The foregoing release extends to all claims or causes of action, of every nature and kind whatsoever, known or unknown. Attendee expressly waives the provisions of Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which provides: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”</div></div>
