There are separate classes for children and adults, as follows for upcoming classes: June 6 (children), July 18 (adults), August 8 (children). These classes focus on learning to ride a bike and are open to people of all ages (Level 1). If you already know how to ride but need a refresher on good cycling practices, you can take the Level 2 class. League Cycling Instructors will assess your skill level and give coaching tips. If enough cyclists are ride-ready, there will be a short trail ride. Each person should have their own helmet and bike - each should fit properly, unless you are renting from us. Helmets can be purchased upon request.
