SALSA VERDE cooking class with Ulises Ponce, November 1 at 3:30pm!&nbsp;There will be tomatillos available for purchase at the class so you can go home and make your own!&nbsp; Salsa verde is a tomatillo based salsa that can include peppers, garlic, onions, tomatoes, cilantro and more. The recipe Ulises will teach us to prepare is for a salsa for tacos, or burritos or any other meal that needs a little kick. Ulises&#39;s recipe will be on the spicy side but could be made less spicy by using different kinds peppers.&nbsp; Class will include making steak or veggie tacos so we can enjoy the salsa verde we make together!&nbsp; Donations will be accepted at the class to help support more community cooking classes like these!&nbsp;
