Learning to Wait is an invitation to discover the power of the pause.&nbsp; In a world that often encourages quick reactions and immediate answers, this class explores what can happen when we slow down before making a choice. &nbsp;Pausing creates space to listen, reflect, and respond with greater clarity rather than reacting from emotion, pressure or a deregulated nervous system.&nbsp; Through simple practices and reflection, we&rsquo;ll learn that waiting isn&rsquo;t about doing nothing&mdash;it&rsquo;s about giving ourselves the time to make choices that are thoughtful, intentional, and aligned with what truly matters to us.
