She spent five years living at Esalen Institute working, assisting, and studying a wide variety of modalities from Gestalt, to Feldenkreis to Esalen massage and more. She also worked and lived for five summers at a raw food detox center, BodyMind Restoration Retreats, which is run by a zen monk where she studied the power of food and watched one&#39;es thoughts.&nbsp;<br fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><br fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">She traveled internationally to experience the profound healing of both Ayahuasca and Iboga which somatically integrated the self study and desired changes she had been working on at both Esalen and BodyMind Restoration Retreats.&nbsp;<br fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><br fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">She now has her own Food and Mood Coaching business where she helps humans on a mission to make this world better by healing and optimizing body and brain through relationship to self, mood, and food.&nbsp;<br fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><br fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Her favorite mottos:&nbsp;</div><p fr-original-style="" style="margin: 0px;
