Join us for an afternoon of community, connection, and action. In honor of collective healing and empowerment, we invite you to gather with us for a restorative experience designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. This special event brings together neighbors, families, advocates, and allies for an afternoon centered on wellness, belonging, and shared purpose. We will begin with a guided sound bath—a soothing immersion in harmonic tones that support relaxation, grounding, and inner calm. Participants will then be led through a gentle meditation practice, offering space to breathe, release stress, and reconnect with personal intention. This session is open to all experience levels, whether meditation is new to you or part of your regular practice. Alongside these healing modalities, the event will create opportunities for community connection and meaningful dialogue. Together, we will explore ways to strengthen unity, support one another, and build momentum toward collective action within our communities. This gathering is proudly hosted by Sandoval CoLab and the LGBT Network, two organizations committed to advocacy, inclusion, and uplifting marginalized voices. The program is made possible through generous support from the Hispanic Federation Uplift NY Grant. Come as you are. Leave refreshed, inspired, and connected!
