We will begin with a guided sound bath&mdash;a soothing immersion in harmonic tones that support relaxation, grounding, and inner calm. Participants will then be led through a gentle meditation practice, offering space to breathe, release stress, and reconnect with personal intention.&nbsp; This session is open to all experience levels, whether meditation is new to you or part of your regular practice. Alongside these healing modalities, the event will create opportunities for community connection and meaningful dialogue. Together, we will explore ways to strengthen unity, support one another, and build momentum toward collective action within our communities.
