Shannon Christian, our Chief Nursing Officer, put it simply: &quot;This Wellness Room is more than a physical space. It is a tangible expression of support for the people who dedicate themselves to healing others. It communicates a powerful message: that the well-being of our caregivers matters.&quot; She also notes that professional nursing organizations increasingly recognize caregiver well-being as essential to a resilient workforce and to safe, high-quality patient care. When our caregivers are cared for, our patients feel it. Be a STAR this Holiday Season!
