There are four rooms: Palm House, Fern Room, Orchid House, and the Show House. There is currently no active flower show.☀&nbsp;Greenhouse&nbsp;Climate: We are a working greenhouse with no A/C. The indoor heat index is often 20&deg;F higher than outdoors due to humidity. There are no drinking fountains or refill stations available onsite. There is no coat check.☀ Food &amp; Drink:&nbsp;Open food and beverages is not permitted to help keep pests away. We allow lidded and resealable drinks!☀ Pathways &amp; Plants: Stay on paved paths and out of garden beds. Do not pick flowers or fruits. Due to bioaccumulation, fruits are not deemed safe for consumption. Do not bring live plants or flowers into the Conservatory to protect our plant collection.&nbsp;☀ Accessibility:&nbsp;All rooms are accessible except the Fern Room (requires 7 short steps to enter and exit). One complimentary wheelchair is available at the front desk with a valid government ID.☀ Atmosphere:&nbsp;Keep phone calls private and use headphones for audio/media to maintain a peaceful environment for all. Smoking and vaping are not permitted.☀ Service Animals: Fully trained ADA service animals are welcome. Pets, emotional support, and therapy animals are strictly prohibited for their safety due to toxic plants. Due to the presence of cycads in the Fern Room, we recommend service animals avoid this area.☀ Not-so-Weatherproof:&nbsp;Built between 1890-1895, our historic building is not as weatherproof as it once was.
