Calling all vendors, food carts, and other participants. Get ready to be part of something extraordinary at St Helens Band Patrons&nbsp; 1st ever Summer Outdoor Market. &nbsp;This event is an opportunity to support the Band Program and sell your products/services to the community. &nbsp; Deadline to apply and pay is August 3rd. &nbsp;Payments can be made with a debit/credit card here with Zeffy! If you would like receive a paper application and to pay with a check or if you have any questions please email at: shbp.lionsbazaar@gmail.com READ VENDOR GUIDELINES AND GENERAL INFO before completing this application.&nbsp; Vendor/Participant Guidelines and Information Vendor/Participant Guidelines:-Vendor check-in and set up will start at 8am the morning of the event.-Market will open at 10am-No smoking on the premises per school district policy.-All space must be cleaned and garbage picked up by the vendor/participant prior to leaving at the end of the day, but booths need to stay open till 7pm. No exceptions.-We encourage all vendors/participants to promote the event on their own social media pages. This helps everyone advertise and the event to be more successful!&nbsp; Vendor Information:-The market will be set up in the parking lot of St. Helens High school off of Gable road.&nbsp;-Single vendor/participant spaces are approximately 18 x 18 feet wide and deep. You can request and pay for 2 adjoining spots for more space.-We DO NOT provide anything but the space, &nbsp;Please bring your own canopies, tables, table cloths, generators, etc. &nbsp;-Food carts and food vendors are responsible for making sure they meet requirements of the health department.&nbsp;-Your vendor fee will be going to the St. Helens Band Patrons and is considered a tax deductible donation. The money you make from you sales you keep.
