They will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from fire, accidents, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism, or any other loss or injury, whether past, present, or future, not specifically mentioned here. Equipment is not insured by the Town of Homer, Claiborne Parish, Claiborne Unite LLC dba Louisiana Legends Fest, or any sponsoring agents. Performers are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of their equipment and must maintain replacement cost insurance for all personal property. Performers assume full responsibility for the protection, care, and maintenance of their property. ANY PREFORMER WITHOUT VALID LIABILITY INSURANCE PREFORMS AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ACCEPTS ALL LIABILITY.
