Over the past eight years, she has worked in healthcare as a care coordinator and patient advocate. She finds deep joy in helping and caring for others during life&rsquo;s most difficult moments. Jessica is a daughter, sister, mother, friend, and a proud aunt to her nieces and nephews. She was a single mother to her firstborn son, Caleb; a joyful, vibrant, and loving boy. Caleb was born healthy, and together they shared a beautiful life until, at age six, he was diagnosed with a terminal brain cancer called Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma(DIPG). That moment turned Jessica&rsquo;s world upside down. Caleb bravely battled DIPG for eight months before passing away in her arms. Jessica is now navigating life after loss, learning who she is in the wake of unimaginable grief. She finds comfort in sharing Caleb&rsquo;s story, going on hiking adventures, enjoying spa days, spending quality time with loved ones, and exploring new ways to cope with grief.
