New to tango—or new to dancing altogether? This track begins right where you are and builds the foundational skills of partner dancing and Argentine tango. You’ll explore the embrace, walking, simple steps, ochos, and more, at a comfortable pace that keeps things fun. By the end, you’ll be ready to enjoy some simple dances at the Gala!

3pm - 6pm

Danced a little tango before—or feeling a bit rusty? This track will warm you up, refresh the fundamentals, and sharpen your skills. You’ll work with pivots, front and back ochos, turns, musicality, and vals timing—with perhaps a taste of milonga timing, too. Come reconnect with your tango and feel more confident on the dance floor!

7pm - 8pm

This lesson will warm you up, review the basics, make you smile, and boost your confidence for what happens next!

A live orchestra that makes the music and dance of Argentine Tango come alive! A great spectator sport, but this is your chance to step onto the floor and gently realize you can do this. Light and fun!
